“Elizabeth is incredible. She can sense exactly what you need from a massage and is so intuitive with her practice. Today she cured my migraine! And in the past she brought up some emotions I didn’t even know I had. Absolute magic. Thanks so much for everything, Elizabeth!”

    Holistic Massage

Meeting you where you are to provide relaxation and rejuvenation while releasing tension and the effects of chronic stress.

    Pregnancy & Postnatal

Time for you to connect with yourself and your baby. Pregnancy massage can relieve common symptoms and help you prepare for birth. For many women, the clinic is a haven of restoration and reassurance.

Massage postnatally is equally important, nurturing you as a ‘new’ mother and restoring balance to your body that has gone through the greatest of transitions. Across cultures, new mothers have been bathed in touch and support.

Mothers at all stages deserve mothering.

You may be experiencing chronic ill-health, exhaustion or symptoms around menstruation, or want to support your self-connection through your fertility journey (…)

What people are saying:

“Elizabeth is magic! I struggle with endometriosis and fibroids, which means I am in extreme pain or discomfort for at least half of every month. It impacts my mood and energy levels. Since having regular massages with Elizabeth, who listens to how my symptoms have impacted me, and focuses on problem areas- my pain has been significantly better!

She has also helped me understand my body better, and the womb massage not only relieves my pain, but also releases endorphins which leave me feeling happy and energized. This is inexplicably impactful, since no medication or treatment has helped me this way!”

Book an appointment.

I work through the week and have daytime and evening appointments available.

When booking, it is helpful if you let me know what kind of time you are looking for.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Please check your spam folder if you haven’t had a reply within 48 hours!

  • I will ask you to arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment. This is extra time for talking about your health, needs and preferences. A full consultation gives us the ground to get to know each other, answer any questions you might have, and make a plan for the session. The plan can include body areas to work on, as well as areas to avoid, the style or depth of massage you’re looking for, how far to undress, and what kind of communication might support you through the massage.

Once we’ve decided on a treatment plan, I will leave the room to let you get undressed and hop onto the couch. How far you undress is up to you and we will have discussed this. I can work through clothes and sheets. During the massage, you will be covered by drapes (and blankets) and I will uncover only the areas I’m working on.

You have the option of having background music on, or resting in silence. If you would like to bring your own music to hook up to the speakers, please feel free.

I will check in during the massage about how it’s feeling for you and what could be different. If you need to change the plan at any time, I invite you to say. Your voice and changing needs are welcome.

At the end of the massage, I’ll leave the room again to let you get dressed. We’ll then have a quick chat which might include aftercare.
